Roger Standard CA Hollow-Body Archtop Jazz Guitar in Vintage Sunburst

Made in Germany in the 1960s

This guitar was actually purchased from our store in the late 1960s and has had one owner until it finally returned to us!

Hand-carved solid Spruce top. Flamed Maple back and sides.
Maple neck with dark hardwood fingerboard which appears to be Rosewood.

Rogers pickup fitted to the tailpiece.

This guitar has really great playability with a very low action. This is in small part due to fret wear though which does cause some very minor buzzing here and there. The guitar still sounds fantastic though, with a warm, jazzy, woody tone.

The guitar is overall in decent condition for a 60 year old instrument, but there is some wear and tear.
Most notably is a small crack in the binding where the bottom strap button is (pictured). There is also pitting marks across the finish which are purely surface level and cosmetic. There are one or two other cosmetic blemishes of which we have also provided pictures.
