A pre-owned 2001 vintage Martin D-42 electro/acoustic guitar.

A beautiful vintage top of the line Martin electro/acoustic guitar.

Features a Sitka spruce top, premium east Indian rosewood back and sides and a mahogany neck with Indian rosewood fretboard. Has a crystal clear attack with even projection across all registers. The low end is rich and warm and the high end is glassy and lyrical.

The previous owner has fitted the guitar with a Fishman pickup in the soundhole. The input jack is fitted to the bottom strap button.

The guitar is in good condition but has clearly been put to good use by it's previous owner. There are some minor knocks and dents in the back of the neck (pictured) and some buckle rash around the top strap button (pictured). There is no wear and tear that would compromise the instrument's sound, functionality or playability.
