This is a second hand King Voll-True alto saxophone in full working order. This horn has a beautiful, singing quality and can be bright and brilliant when you push it but also will whisper softly and play with a great deal of subtlty.

As a second hand instrument, it shows a few signs of use in terms of minor dings and light scratches but in general, this is a very tidy saxophone, especially considering that it is around 100 years old. The silver plating is still nearly complete and really sparkles as only King saxophones do. This horn has a pretty fresh set of pads and everything is sealing well. This horn is ready to play out of the case and should last a long time.

This saxophone comes with a vintage Martin case that has seen some miles but is in full working order.

Please note, this saxophone is not supplied with a mouthpiece.
