A very verastile cymbal, the Istanbul Mehmet 10" Sultan Splash Cymbal delivers a fast attack and decay with mellow and earthy tones. Made from high-end B20 Bronze alloy, this hand-hammered cymbal produces a tight, crisp sound that cuts through even the biggest drum sound. The top of the cymbal has an unlathed cup producing a strong, compact bell sound and an unlathed concentric circle on the bow reducing overtone and drying the sound. The bottom of the cymbal is completely unlathed. Ideally for Jazz and Fusion drummers but will not sound out of place in others genres for drumming too.
