Epiphone Olympic Acoustic Archtop 1931 - 1949 - Golden Brown
Epiphone Olympic Archtop in Golden Brown finish
Made in the U.S.A. in 1936
Carved Solid Spruce top with Mahogany back and sides.
One-piece mahogany neck with a soft-V carve.
The fingerboard is Rosewood, potentially Brazilian, but is a little brighter than Brazilian Rosewood normally appears.
Floating adjustable rosewood bridge, nickel open-back tuners, and a historic Epiphone trapeze tailpiece.
Full working order. There is fairly extensive cosmetic wear and tear on this instrument, with scratches fairly extensive and surface-level chips to the finish on the body. There is no damage as such that compromises the playability or sound. The guitar plays well for a nearly 100 year old instrument, and the intonation and action are intact. The headstock and neck are in good condition as well and there is a lot of life left in the frets.
