This is a 1954 (sn. 54,xxx) Selmer Super Balanced Action alto saxophone in fully working order. In addition to being a highly sought after vintage horn in outstanding condition, this horn has a very unusual and rare key combination. This SBA has a high F#, which is not common on this model, as well as a G# trill key, which is operated by either the right hand index finger or right hand middle finger. This is very unusual on these saxophones and makes it quite a collectable model.

This horn is in very tidy condition and the silver plating is very clean with only very few and very minor cosmetic scratches and scuffs. This horn was repadded recently and then put into storage and hasn't been played much since. It's an outstanding player and everything is working as it should.

This saxophone comes with a Selmer-branded wooden case in full working order. This saxophone is not supplied with a mouthpiece.
