This is a second hand Conn New Wonder tenor saxophone, also known as a Chu Berry. This horn's serial is 222,xxx, which dates it to 1928. As you would expect for a Chu Berry, this horn is very free blowing and has a massive, fat sound. 

This horn is in very good condition and has been recently overhauled. It is in full playing condition and ready to gig out of the case. The pads are quite new and are sealing great. This is a real player!

Cosmetically speaking, this is a very handsome horn for a nearly 100 year old instrument. The lacquer is looking very good and it is free from any significant dents or other issues.

This horn would be great for someone playing blues, R&B, jazz, or anyone who wants a big beefy sound!

This saxophone comes with a case but no mouthpiece.
