This Selmer Balanced Action Alto saxophone has the serial number 24704, which dates it to around 1937. It had a full relacquer and professional overhaul by Norman Clare in the 1980s and the pads are stamped with his name. It is in full working order and very good cosmetic condition.

It comes with the original Selmer hard case, and even has the original end stop.
