Australian-made EBG808 'Artist' Electro-Acoustic guitar by Maton.

The top is AAA Grade Solid Sitka Spruce. Solid Blackwood back and sides.
The neck is Queensland Maple with an Ebony fretboard. The bridge is also Ebony.

The pickup system is a Maton AP5-Pro which is both a microphone and Piezo pickup which have separate volume controls and a master Treble, Bass and Volume, allowing for a great deal of control over the sound.

This guitar sounds great unplugged, very balanced with a nice equilibrium of warmth and high end sparkle, but the true beauty of this guitar comes from plugging it in. The AP5-Pro pickup system really allows the quality of the guitar to shine and it sounds truly outstanding.
