This is a rather fine second hand 3/4 size German-made violin labeled ''Josef Klotz in Mittenwalde anno 1795.'' This violin is based on a Klotz design and is estimated to have been made in the first half of the 20th century.

The violin is in excellent shape and has a solid spruce top and one piece maple back. The violin comes with bow, Kun shoulder rest, and Bam case. The bow hair has plenty of life left in it.
