This is a second hand 1970's Ibanez 12-string dreadnought in fully playable condition. This guitar is a 647 model, which was made in Japan. It features a solid top, upgraded (non-original) tuners, and a lawsuit hockey stick headstock. 

The guitar has a fair amount of cosmetic damage including a good amount of cracking/damage to the lacquer on the back of the headstock. This is all clearly visible in the photos and does not affect the playability of the guitar at all. This is purely cosmetic.
