This Deering Boston Tenor Banjo is in great condition and plays and sounds excellent. The previous owner had a custom made 17-fret neck built and fitted to the original Deering Pot, which gives it a shorter scale length and makes it easy to play. The original Deering 19-fret neck is included in the sale if you wish to swap it back. 

It has a pickup fitted to the bridge and an ouput socket mounted. It has Schaller strap locks fitted.

This is a very fine banjo to play with it's current hand made neck, or it can be switched back to the original 19-fret neck if you would prefer.

Comes with Deering hard case and original neck.
