Paul Crowther Hot Cake Bluesberry
A recent addition to Paul Crowther's pedal range, The Bluesberry (as per image) bears an uncanny resemblance to the Hotcake.
Infact the only thing that denotes it as a Bluesberry is a label on the front of the pedal. So why bother?
Well the Bluesberry is tonally "throatier" than the original Hotcake and lends a bluesier feel to the sound. Like the Hotcake, you get a wonderful sense of power and a super accurate true bypass.
The build quality is excellent and, just like the hotcake, the dynamic control and response of the pedal seems to be almost intuitive.
